I call from my heart, Lord, hear me;
I call from the depths of my soul.
I call with all of my heart
And You, Oh Lord, will save me.
I rise before the dawning,
I rise to hope in Your word;
My eyes watch through the night
To ponder your promise.
In Your love, when I call,
Lord, hear me;
Give me life by Your word.
Those who are unjust
Now draw near to harm me.
But You, Oh Lord,
Are close to me;
You dwell in the depths of my soul,
Long have I known
That Your will is forever.
